   Bernard Alexander McNealy, Mediator
        Affirmative Solution Mediation

Welcome to our website. Before you go  on,
thank you for pausing to visit  Affirmative
Solution Mediation.

Mediation offers a solution, not an avenue to
continued controversy. Fighting is tedious  and
often senseless -- a treadmill to nowhere.
Assume that you have been sued, or have initiated a lawsuit. Soon you begin to
stress out and experience  anxiety because the process has become expensive and
time consuming.  Time , and  the often endless exchanges of legal documents
usually fail to even begin to approach  finality's 'tipping point.'  Thus, a lawsuit,
or any controversy becomes ripe for frustration because it seems unending.

What should you do? Well, you could keep spending money on a lawyer and
grow more frustrated.  Or, you can contact us. Together we will seek an
aff
irmative solution using the common sense approach: Mediation.

A mediator is not a judge or an arbitrator. Those individuals decide issues and
impose outcomes based on their opinions as to how the law may or may not
apply, or often, according to their own personal views ( political, social, or
otherwise). Contrastingly, a mediator is a neutral facilitator that assists parties
in a controversy to reach an acceptable resolution of the matter. The parties own
the process, but the mediator guides them through the morass of emotions
hindering their ending the dispute. In other words, mediation offers a sensible ,
resolution to disputes.

Lawsuits, business and property disputes, family law controversies and
landlord-tenant  matters are appropriate for mediation. In recognition of this,
coupled with a sincere desire to help people caught in the quicksand of
litigation, Bernard Alexander McNealy, C. Ht, and Administrative Law
Specialist , founded Affirmative Solution  Mediation. Our founder is  formerly
a litigation coordinator  and administrator  for a public interest law office.

An alumnus of People's College of Law in Los Angeles, Mr. McNealy holds a
Bachelors of Business Administration degree, and is a certified hypnotherapist.
His experience successfully representing hundreds of individuals at
administrative law hearings, settlements negotiations, in addition to engaging
as a private mediator for small business owners.

Mr. McNealy's focus includes workplace discrimination, family law,
contractual disputes, personal injury and litigation settlements.
